Polikarpov Law Firm is a Ukrainian intellectual property law firm advising and representing international and Ukrainian companies in complex IP matters.
Our practice covers trademarks, patents, designs, copyright and other IP rights, from prosecution and portfolio strategy to refusals, oppositions, enforcement and litigation. Anton Polikarpov
Anton Polikarpov has 23 years of legal experience, including 17 years focused on intellectual property. He advises and represents Ukrainian and international companies in complex IP matters involving trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright, enforcement and litigation.

Anton has particular experience in IP matters in the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, food and technology sectors, including industries where intellectual property rights are closely connected with regulatory and market-entry issues.
