Within Polikarpov Law Firm, Anton focuses on complex IP projects that go beyond standard rights registration. His practice includes patent disputes, invalidation of rights, enforcement actions, portfolio management and the development of long-term intellectual property protection strategies for businesses.
His approach combines deep legal expertise, a strong understanding of clients’ business processes and practical experience in working with public authorities, courts and international institutions.
Anton obtained his law degree from the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (Faculty of Law, 2006). In 2012, he graduated from the National University “Odesa Law Academy” with a specialisation in intellectual property law. In 2025, he completed a degree in Public Administration at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. All educational programmes were completed with honours.
Since 2025, Anton has been pursuing postgraduate studies at the State University of Trade and Economics, focusing on Standard Essential Patents in European Union law.
Anton is an attorney-at-law (since 2012), a certified patent attorney of Ukraine No. 476 (since 2016), and a WIPO arbitrator in domain name disputes under the UDRP procedure. He also teaches intellectual property law at the State University of Trade and Economics and regularly acts as a speaker and expert at professional events.
