Project Summary
Since 2023, Polikarpov Law Firm has been providing ongoing legal support to KRKA regarding the management and protection of its patents in Ukraine. Our services include both administrative maintenance of granted patents and filing of new applications. In particular, we submitted two new patent applications entering the national phase under the PCT system and manage annuity payments to maintain existing patent rights in force.
