Project Summary
Since September 2024, Polikarpov Law Firm has supported Starvet, a Polish company behind a B2B platform for animal care, agricultural, and plant-related products. We developed a legal framework for transferring software ownership from Poland to a Ukrainian company, which then licenses platform access to third-party sellers operating in Ukraine.
A complete set of agreements was prepared, addressing tax, currency, and royalty risks. In late 2024, we also filed over 20 trademark applications in Ukraine to initiate brand protection.
