Since 2022, Polikarpov Law Firm has provided legal support to Lundbeck in securing customs protection of its intellectual property in Ukraine. Within the project, five key Lundbeck trademarks have been successfully registered in the Ukrainian Customs Register of Intellectual Property Rights. This enables the detection and prevention of counterfeit imports under the Lundbeck brand at the border.
